What's the biggest misconception potential clients have about online fitness coaching?

People think coaching is only for people who are struggling or underperforming, but in reality, it is for anyone.

What's the biggest worry or hesitation people have before signing up, and how do you address it?

The cost is one of the biggest things. With it being a big sum, it seems like it is overpriced but in fact this is our way of telling ourselves how much we really want to make the change. The best way to get past this, is to think about how you would feel if you were stuck in the same place compared to how you would feel if you took that leap and made positive changes.

What qualifications and experience do you have as a personal trainer? What certifications do you hold, and do they recognize them by a reputable fitness organization? What is your coaching style and philosophy?

1. I have my NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training along with 4 years experience working within a gym environment providing 1-2-1 coaching, call instructing through boxercise/Kettlebell/YourZone45 HIIT workouts as well as Outdoor Fitness Instructing

2. NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training obtained through YMCA / Certified Outdoor Fitness Instructor through YMCA

3. I like to be as relatable as possible, adding in personal experience as much as possible to allow clients to feel connected. I will always be open to their feedback and cater to their needs.
